How and when will I receive my bankcard and its PIN number, Digipass and its INIT PIN?
Within 5 business days of the receipt of your initial deposit the Bank sends you a banking package that contains: • Your debit card Maestro/ Cirrus or MasterCard belonging to your US$ or EUR Current Account; • Your Account Number (15 digits) and Customer ID (8 digits); • Internet Access Code for enquiries via Internet at www.loyalbank.com The package will be posted to you by regular mail. The postage time depends on your place of residence and normally takes 5 to 12 business days. Please specify additionally, if you wish to receive them by courier at your own cost (85.00 US$ or 80 EUR). • PIN code for your debit card will be mailed separately (for security reasons). Please memorise your Customer ID since you will need this number each time you would like to enter our Internet Bank.
