How and when will I receive a detailed briefing and the documents needed for the tour ?
A. Depending your time of arrival in Kusadasi, the same day or latest next morning, you will be invited by your Anker Travel representative to a welcome cocktail. During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to ask all your questions and will be given all the vouchers, tickets and other documents you may need during your tour. If the city where your tour will start is not Kusadasi, you will receive as much as possible information and documents via e-mail or will be informed by e-mail on how the missing documents will be delivered in either your first hotel or in a nearby travel agency.
