How and when will DEQ launch the pilot?
DEQ will start accepting applications to participate in the pilot on October 15, 2006. The application deadline is January 15, 2007. During this window, persons may propose pilot properties to DEQ for selection as pilot Brownfields. DEQ will post detailed pilot-participation information on this web page on October 13, 2006, including all information needed to propose a site as a pilot Brownfield and the entire pilot and VCP processes.
