A. User suggestions for improvements and additions to the content of the OBR-PMCOP are welcome. These will be evaluated and, where appropriate, will be incorporated into future updates. In order to ensure that stakeholders know what to expect and where to look for certain information, the tools and processes must be consistent for all users. Therefore a change control process is used to manage continuous improvement of the OBR-PMCOP. Proposed changes will be evaluated and those to be adopted will be grouped and incorporated into periodic updates.
