How and when should the eye strengthening exercises be performed?
The eye strengthening exercises should be performed 5 days a week for 10 to 15 minutes a day maximum depending on how many of the exercises you will be attempting to accomplish. You will find when you first begin these, that you may not spend more than one minute a day until you start to strengthen the eye muscles. The exercises are very powerful, so overdoing it can lead to sore eye muscles.
