How and when must the imports declaration be presented?
Imports declaration has to be presented to customs administration with jurisdiction in the place where the merchandise is at, through customs information system. In those administrations that do not have an information system, de imports declaration has to be filled out in the printed form, and has to be presented in the habilitated warehouses of the jurisdiction or in customs administration, depending on each case, where the presentation and acceptance process take place.
