How and when is the deposit reimbursed? What are the cancellation terms and what cost are involved?
We understand that plans change. To cancel, either email or call as soon as possible. Please note though that your reservation is a binding agreement for rental and you are obligated for the dates you have reserved. Cancellation of your reservation 7 days or less (except for holiday or peak periods) prior to your arrival will be subject to forfeiture of deposit. During holiday periods (christmas, easter, July 4 etc) deposit and conformation is required 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Cancellations for these periods will be accepted up to three weeks notice. Cancellations within three weeks, are non refundable. No refunds will be given due to equipment failure, poor road conditions, inclement weather, or your early departure for any reason.
