How and when do I receive the invoice/receipt after making a payment for a paid document hosted in Pluridoc?
After making the payment for a document in Pluridoc with a credit card or PayPal, you will immediately receive an electronic invoice/receipt (pdf file) by e-mail, relative to the document and the respective expense. If you choose to make the payment by bank transfer, you will also receive the electronic invoice/receipt by e-mail as soon as Pluridoc receives the proof of payment and authorises download of the document. Additionally, at any moment you may consult and print out your invoices/receipts by accessing your private area in Pluridoc.
