Please visit our “Immunization Tracker” at (http://thenest.creighton.edu), log in to your nest account, and add newly received immunizations to your immunization history in our “Immunization Tracker. Your compliance with University requirements is related to your ability to register for classes and participate in clinical activities. You need to provide documentation to our department whenever new vaccines are received. This is the only way we can assure you are in compliance with the University requirements. Failing to provide new information to our department may result in a delay when registering for a class. As a Health Science Student, you are required to maintain certain vaccination requirements and if not provided may lead to a delay in your clinical rotations.
