The Department of Transportation has been administering the Transportation Subsidy Program in major metropolitan areas for a number of years and has the necessary experience and infrastructure to efficiently provide the required administrative support for DOI and other federal agencies. This is accomplished by physical distribution or express mail as determined by DOT and the National Business Center (NBC). WMA ONLY: Distribution occurs quarterly, with a make-up day the following week.
