How and when are order confirmations sent out?
An online order confirmation is automatically sent to you after you submit an order. This “order confirmation” page provides you with a Kodak order number that you can use to track the status of your order. “Purchase Order Acknowledgements,” or POAs, are also sent out via e-mail automatically. You will receive these POAs within 24 hours of placing an order. POAs are sent to the e-mail address in your user profile. It is important that you maintain a valid e-mail address. It is also critical that you verify each order confirmation to ensure that 1) your user name and password have not been compromised, and 2) only authorized orders have been placed against your account.
