How am I going to receive restitution if the probationer does not make monthly payments?
The Deputy Probation Officer supervising the probationer and/or the Collection Officer will make every effort to collect the Court ordered restitution; however, you should be aware that the probationer’s financial situation will impact the collection of restitution. Failure to make Court ordered restitution payments may result in the revocation of probation and the imposition of jail or prison time.
