How am I going to hang pictures, curtain rods and knick-knacks?
The concrete is only on the exterior, not the interior. Inside it will be hard to tell the difference from any traditional home. You can use most standard fasteners for curtains, toilet accessories, attaching mirrors, etc. Mounting heavy shelving or cabinetry will sometimes require a special fastener but nothing that every Lowes™ or Home DePot™ or the like does not have.
