How am I billed for my VirtualCU Bill Payer service?
We automatically withdraw service fees from the payment account you specify as your service fee account. The VirtualCU Bill Payer monthly fee and any additional payment fees appear on your monthly statement as a bill payment fee. Your fee billing date is based on when you signed up for the service. We bill you in advance for your next month of service. At the same time, we bill you for any additional payments you made in the previous month, if your service offers additional payments.
