How accurate is ultrasound due date?

go by the very first ultrasound, but dont be disheartened if baby doesnt arrive for some 2 weeks before or after, he/she will come out when their ready, not because of an aproximate date 🙂 good luck

The LMP date may not be that accurate bc its based on a 28 day cycle. If your cycle is longer than that it won’t be too accurate. The ultrasound due date is based on the size (from head to rump) it can be quite accurate unless your baby is short!

I’m pretty sure that my first scan was the most accurate based on when I’m almost certain I ovluated.
