Yes, it was reported by NBC news…he apparently was with friends around 3 AM, walking back to his hotel, and when approached by police, and told he was tresspassing in Central Park, which has a 2 AM curfew, he told them he had the drugs in his pocket. He then presented ID and was taken to the police station.
