if you have a proper static ip address then a basicly flash gram could find out what town or city your in, if it was the goverment or police then they could find out which provider you have and where your locate exchange is, and with that they could contact your ISP and get your address. so basicly its very accurate.

Hi a static is assigned to a router it is not move able if this is a DFAC if it is adsl it will not be static address
