How accurate are the store blood pressure machines (i.e. Walmart)?

Every time I take my blood pressure using one of those machines, my readings come out to be at least 140/90. Sometimes it goes as high 150 or even 156. When I take a second reading, it comes out to be 130/80-86. When I take my blood pressure at home using my own monitor, those are typically the results I get.
