Some times home pregnancy tests are accurate. A lot of times they’re not. Blood tests are more accurate. If the last test from the doctor came back negative, wait a couple of weeks and go back in for another round of tests. If you still don’t have a period, there could be other factors involved. Discuss it all with the doctor and they’ll tell you what step to take next, and what treatment options are available for what ever the issue is. Good luck.
