This is fairly liberal. It is a lot worse than this. I went to one of these schools. The one I went to in England they put everything in little compartments. It was a minor public school as opposed to a major public school, which means nobody had ever heard of it. It was small and insignificant. They never had any of the old boys from my school who ever did anything. In other words it was not like Eton and Harrow or Cheltenham, which indeed is where Lindsay went to school.
