Question: Answer: ATMs are everwhere now, Guilin is the inly place I have not been, the other cities you listed all have ATM’s, but here is an important item you must tell your credit cards and bank that you will be using the cards overseas, if they see activity overseas, they may shut down the card thinking it was stolen, this happened to me and it is a pain to get them tunred back on, so, make sure you notify them!
