House Letting Policy – Where will I be placed on the waiting list?
The waiting list will now be held in 4 groups, Homeless, General needs, Redevelopment and Choice. Some people may find that they have higher points than just now, especially if they have lots of housing need such as overcrowding or they require housing on medical grounds. Many people will stay about the same and some, especially people who have no need for housing and only have waiting time points at present will lose these points, but will keep their original date of application, so will hold their place within their group.
