Hotel check-in and check-out and other questions.?

Hi! I work for a hotel, so consider my answer qualified. 🙂 Check in time here (Marriott) is 3pm. You can request an early check-in, and it is usually not a problem. The check out time is at 12pm, but feel free to leave eariler, 12 is just when they need the room to be vacated on your check out day (so they can get it clean.) You can, if necessary, also request a late check out. Your room should have its own bathroom/shower. If it does not, then you are not at a hotel, you are at a hostel. Leave. Most hotels will have a little placard on the doorknob that you can put on the outside of the door that say “Do Not Disturb”. If you put this out and leave, your room will be bypassed by housekeeping. Should you require towels or anything when you get back, just call the front desk. Also, many hotels have mini fridges and microwaves available on request. You might check before you leave, because this can save you money on food! Hope this helps!
