You’re not getting gas. At the fuel switch there is a bowl and a filter inside that bowl. Set the fuel switch to off and remove the bowl. Clean out any crud and gum that’s in the bottom of the bowl and spray the filter screen through with the aerosol from a can of carb cleaner – but at a distance. Start from two feet away until you can safely spray through the screen without damaging it. This is just to ensure there is no gum residue. Pop the gas line from one carb and then another as you turn on the fuel for a moment. If you get a trickle to barely none then there is dried crud in one or both lines which restricts gas flow. Maybe you can blow it out or force it clean with the force of a can of aerosol carb cleaner. If that’s doesn’t work, then replace the hoses. General fuel line that will fit the fittings of your carbs and fuel petcock works just fine. You may be using CV carbs which means there is an air diaphragm that is controlling the air intake cylinder.
