Honda Civic or Toyota Camry?
I am looking to buy a new car. I have test driven most compact sedans on the market, and I have finally narrowed it down to two. The 2009 Honda Civic EX with 5 speed manual transmission The 2010 Toyota Camry LE with 6 speed manual transmission I know they’re both good cars, but I still haven’t made up my mind. The EX is a slightly higher model of the Civic, while the LE is the base model Camry, but then again the Camry is technically a higher model Toyota than the Civic is a Honda. The Camry also offers the 6 speed transmission, while the Civic is only a 5. At the same time, I am looking for something that won’t need as much maintenance down the road. I’m sure they will both run great for the first couple of years, but I am looking for what would be most cost-efficient in the long run. My family has owned both Toyotas and Hondas over the years, and in my experience, it seems that the Hondas tend to require less maintenance, but then again, that could just be coincidence.
