• First Steve will meet with you to discuss size, deck & rail options and materials. Once a design is determined we will send you an estimate usually by email. When you accept the design we will meet again for final design approval and a deposit of 50-75% is required to proceed, once we have received your deposit we will apply for your permit and order your materials. When your permit is issued we will add you to the schedule and we will have Gopher One locate buried utilities in your yard and start construction.
