Home / FAQ / Which IVF method is right for me?
The best way to determine which IVF method will work best for you is by consulting a fertility doctor. You may be a woman who is fertile, but cannot carry out a pregnancy to full term because of a surgical operation, or because of the shape of your uterus. You may be a woman who is fertile, but because your husband has azoospermia, a low level of sperm in his semen, you are unable to conceive. In this case, a couple might opt for IVF with sperm donation. Some couples may undergo IVF without a gamete donation, simply by extracting the female’s egg and the male’s sperm and fertilizing them outside of the womb (IVF), which would hopefully result in an embryo that would then be transplanted back into the same female’s uterus.
