Home Depot, Lowes, National Floors, Empire Carpets all use subcontractors to install their flooring. Some subcontractors are very good, but most of them don’t have much experience. National Floors is a horrible company, both for customer service and to their employees and subcontractors. They’re thiefs and will sell you cheap carpet!
