Whether you want to stay anonymous or not when you contact us is up to you – you can stay anonymous or you can tell Speak-up Anonymous who you are. Sometimes you may not be able to remain anonymous as your identity may be apparent to Speak-up Anonymous, CitiPower, Powercor or ETSA Utilities from the information you give us. Remember that an anonymous disclosure will not attract the protection provided to whistleblowers under the Corporations Act. Whether you choose to be anonymous or not, Speak-up Anonymous will try and ensure that you remain anonymous if you choose to do so. Speak-up Anonymous will keep any information you give us about yourself confidential within Speak-Up Anonymous and only disclose it to the dedicated representative within CitiPower, Powercor or ETSA Utilities so they can do something about it. Speak-up Anonymous may also disclose it if required by law to do so.
