It is possible therefore to urinate HIV, Syphilis, gonorrhea and other infections from one partner to another. If your partner urinates into your mouth or anus, any STDs he has will be carried out in his urine and into your body. If he urinates on you and you don’t have open cuts, it is very safe. So if you are just urinating on each other then there is probably almost no risk for HIV infection, but you may get another type of infection, and if you drink a partner’s urine or it goes into your body then the risk increases.
