I am sorry some of these questions may seem a bit basic, but I don’t know your level of expertise here. It is clear you may have to hire in a consultant to help you out. First of all, do you know that they are actually sending email through your servers, or are they just using your address as a fake sender address? If they are just faking there isn’t much you can do. Since you are getting blacklisted I will assume they are actually relaying through your host, or sending from your host. If they are relaying, you should be able to configure your mail system to not relay. It may not be trivial, so hire someone who knows you mail server software. What frightens me a bit is the talk about hijacked URL’s. What exactly do you mean? It sounds as if they have control over your server. Could there be some kind of backdoor/rootkit software installed? Perhaps they aren’t relaying but actually sending from your server? If this is the case, you will have to set up your server from scratch to get rid
