looseing ten lbs in that amount of time isn’t healthy. As much as we all want a quick fix, there isn’t one. Water is always good for you, and laying off the junk will definatly help, but if you want to loose the most weight possible you will also have to exercise.

if you stop eating junk food you it will help a lot, specially if you drink water… try to stay away from drinking soda cause it has alot of calories and its carbinated… there are some ppl that do not lose weight because they drink too much soda and juice.. if you drink water you dont have to worry about adding extra calories to your diet… you should also exercise to help you burn the belly fat…
