Of course you can, but you have to buy membership. There’s this online chess program called ICC (Internet Chess Club). In my opinion, that is the best internet chess program, but as I said, that’s just my opinion. Link to ICC: http://www.chessclub.com/ There is a free trial, so you will be able to play with out paying for a certain amount of time. Do you own Chessmaster? There is an online thing for that too. In some PCs, there is a free internet chess gaming system in the games section, but I don’t think the newer versions of the PC by Microsoft such as Windows Vista have it. Finally, you can google or yahoo the answer out, since there’s probably a free chess club online somewhere. You just have to know where to look. Good luck! Hope this helped.
