Hi, I have a number of complains about my ADSL service and general service from Go-talk that I demands immediate follow up please: My fees increased from $44.95 to $49.95 a month, without notice. When I called/logged a call through the website, I was told I would’ve received notice, sent to my preferred e-mail, and that GoTalk has every right to change the monthly rate, despite me still being on my 2 year plan. I cannot find the contract to confirm this, but I hope you are correct. I have taken your word. So, thought I should check my contact details page, to see where you were sending e-mails. Appears you were sending them to my old work e-mail (my fault I guess), so now I set about changing it. I Contacted GoTalk through my WILDIT account earlier this year to get my contact details changed..I may have called, but I’m 90% sure I logged a request through the wild web site. Either way I had to do it twice. The first time your staff told me the change was done. It wasn’t and I had to log
