The jury is still out on that. Some people swear that microwaving food changes its basic structure into carcinogenic compounds. Other people say that’s completely untrue. What does seem to creeping up lately is that you shouldn’t microwave your food in some plastic containers. That’s because some plastics will leach out harmful chemicals into your food once heated to a high temperature. Again, there are people who say that this is false. I still microwave some of my food, but I do it in glass or ceramic dishes. I try not to microwave too much. Just in case. You can try looking up both sides of the argument. There seem to be studies to support both. That’s why it’s still kind of undetermined.
