the letting agent will do an inventory on th property listing al the items the landlord will be leving at the property and the conition they re in you will get a copy of this and you will have to sign to say if it is corect if you are going direct throug a landlord he shuld provide on if he does not you can wright one up and get him to sign this is a legal document if you was to take the landlord or agent for not given you your deposit

Every fully furnished situation is different, so some content list is basically useless. You will have to ask each landlord what the “fully furnished” designation entails.
