Hi, does anyone know how to make a powerpoint presentation slideshow please?
If it is simply photos with no text or other objects that you want to animate, then the simplest way is just to save the presentation, not as a .ppt but as a .pps then it runs automatically on opening at the touch of mouse button or enter key to move from slide to slide. This would be better than setting up a show and inserting timings as everyone takes a different amount of time to view and absorb things. So, I woudl say, and it is the same for whatever version, File, Save as (or with 2007, Office Button down to save as) and click on downward arrow at side of file format box underneath file name and scroll down to .pps or if 2007 .ppsx. That way also, your presentation is protected and nothing can be altered.
