Your valve cover gasket/s need to be replaced. If it is only the front gasket, then you might buy some time by sopping out the oil with a rag and screwdriver and tightening the cover down a little more. Be very careful doing this as the torque rating on the bolts is very low and easy to snap the bolts. It is inevitable though that the gasket must be replaced.
