consist of two black plastic clips into which you slide the top and bottom of a poster. The weight of the bottom clip holds the poster flat against the wall. I would imagine if you also slip string into the top clip you could suspend the poster from the ceiling. Let me know if you can’t find such a thing near you. It eventually went away, so the best advice I have there is to be patient. In order to hang things from a suspended ceiling, I would suggest that you go to a large grocery store or Wal-Mart and ask a manager for a bag of ceiling clips.
