We Flap provides businesses with the ability to encourage their employees and partners to be more philanthropic. Employees of businesses can form teams within the We Flap network and collectively help NGOs in India. We Flap informs team members about the philanthropic work being done by their colleagues, and in so doing, helps broaden their perspective on the ways they can support these NGOs. Teams are automatically notified when an NGO they are interacting with requires assistance, thereby, giving them the opportunity to identify and encourage members that have the ability to help the NGO. By supporting their employees to be socially responsible, businesses can create the foundation for synergistic employee-business based philanthropic initiatives that are targeted towards NGOs that their employees are most interested in.
