Help with multiple hotel questions!?

There should be no problem with you sharing the rooms as you describe. Quite often families will do the same, with parents in one room and children in another. Be aware that you will be the responsible adult, so you should make sure that the whole party is behaving appropriately. You will have to make the reservation on a credit card which will be charged in full at the time of reservation (check the T&C). You shouldn’t need to sign anything as authorisation is given online when the reservation is made. When booking, you will give your own name as the name of the guest, but also the card holder’s name in another section. You will receive an e-mail confirmation which you should print out and use for checking in to the hotel. You should not need to provide photo ID to check in to a hotel. However, as you’re over 18 you may want to think about a passport some time in the near future? Hope you enjoy your stay!
