Help with interview at vue cinemas. What will they ask?
It won’t be too challenging, as many people have their first jobs in cinemas so they’re not expecting you to have a great deal of work experience to talk about. They’ll probably ask about customer service, so think of examples of times when you’ve provided great service, even if it needs to be an example from school. Other questions that you should be prepared for are what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, and why do you want the job (hint: they’ll want to see that you have a personal interest in working in a cinema and in a customer-focussed role). You could ask them about what the duties would be – e.g. do you rotate between ticket counter, food, floor staff or are you assigned to one only? You could ask them about what hours you would work. Ask them anything you like about the role itself or the company.
