The first time you access the Oracle Administrative systems after the new Jinitiator is installed, you will be presented with a security warning due to a certificate issue. You should click on the GRANT ALWAYS option. Clicking on the GRANT ONCE option will continue to present you with the warning everytime you log in to Oracle, and DENY will prevent you from accessing the system.
