If your looking to bulk up, start with 12 reps on the first set, 8 reps on the second and 4 to 6 reps on the last set. Always increase the weight per set. Pectoralis minor is the hidden muscle in the chest that needs as much attention as the major muscle. The best exercise for the minor muscle is the dip exercises.
