Help! The software has been erased / lost from my computer Have I lost all of the properties completed so far?
Not exactly! First of all we strongly recommend you backup your database as frequently as possible using the BACKUP button on the PS Energy toolbar (please click here to watch a video on backing up data. Alternatively if you have ever sent your data to our technical support team (via the Help menu) we will have automatically logged a backup of your data on that particular day. We can always restore your last send to support backup for you. Note that you may not have lost your database entirely. If for example you have shifted around any files and/or folders on your computer, the file paths to PS Energy may have become lost and unknown.
