August 16, 2009 A way to pass the time of day… Everyone had left for the day and my husband was watching a westerm we had already seen so many times I had learned the script myself. My husband has Alzheimers and he can watch the same show over and over because he forgets he has seen it before. Needless to say I was just sitting around and was very bored. I need to be doing something I just hate to be still and wasting time. I went into the kitchen and decided I would make yeast bread from an old recipe that takes a long time from start to finish but the bread comes out so delicious, so light and so fluffy. I started out by getting out all my ingredients and measuring them into separate little bowls and then put my flour into a larger bowl. Now it was time to start mixing it up. I sprinkled the yeast into the bowl of warm water then added the salt, sugar, grease, milk and eggs and mixed it all together very well. Then I set that aside and got my flour bowl and made a well in the middl
