What kind of light bulb are you using? If it’s a regular household screw-in bulb, that won’t work on 1.5 volts. You need a flashlight bulb or other small bulb that is designed to work from such a battery. One wire has to connect to the bottom tip of the bulb, the other to the threaded part, or cylindrical part, if it doesn’t have threads. Test the components individually. First see of you can get the bulb to work from the battery. Then see if the bell works from the battery. Then try the switch with one other component you know works off the battery. And finally, include all components in the circuit.
