Is she on the pulmicort for asthma? my son took pulmicort when he was a baby but i think he was 9 months plus. The one BIG mistake doctors tell you about pulmicort is that it helps with asthma attacks. Pulmicort is only a preventative- albuteral is the steroid that will help with the attacks. If your child has asthma is it cold induced asthma? If so I wouldn’t stop taking it. I would definitely discuss this with your doctor but I wouldn’t stop giving it to her. I know it does weaken their immune system and it awful for their teeth (make sure you wash her face and brush her teeth after the treatment). Try to elevate your babies head while she sleeps. I would bring her back to the doctor if the cold is very bad. They usually dont diagnose asthma till at least one. Did you try the menthol bath or vicks rub? Good luck with your baby- i know how frustrating it can be!
