THIS IS IMPORTANT OR YOU CAN’T USE THE WHOLE FOCUS RANGE OR INFINITY FOCUS OF YOUR SLR LENS! You have to cut a piece of pipe exactly (preferably with a LATHE) to the according length shown (here) to use it as a distance holder or can do it also by eye.
