Help! Hosting company won return calls or emails requesting domain transfer!?
I have a website with wowbb.com, a forum software with optional hosting and they won’t return my calls or emails (par for the course, these guys are HORRRIBLE!), but in order to transfer my domain, I need an authorization code from them. Does anyone know what I can do? I’m at my wits end. Also, given how much time I’ve wasted with these jokers, can someone please tell me what org my complaints would be best served with? Just trying to deal with them has thrown me over the edge. Side-note: They closed their support forums last week, filled with complaints cause no one could reach anyone. They even have other “franchise sites”, wowultra and classicwow…all claiming to be entirely separate, but I suspect otherwise. Alot of the moderators at wowbb are the mods at wowultra -brand new release. And those same mods are all over forum hosting boards like adminfusion.com and theadminzone.com pretending to be “customers” who LOVE wowultra and all its features. I don’t get it.
